[BRLTTY] brltty espeak-ng support

hello Dave. i am finally started on testing brltty master version.

but i having sum problems.

i am building brltty with espeak-ng support but it tries to find old
espeak and fails with message:

/usr/bin/ld: can not find  -lespeak


i am passing --with-speech-driver=en command to autogen

i also tried --without-speech-driver=es but it didn't worked.
