[BRLTTY] Connecing BI 14 to Debian

Looking at the BRLTTY ChangeLog, it appears there was a
problem with the BI 14 via USB which was fixed in BRLTTY 6.0.

However, Debian 9 (codename stretch) has BRLTTY 5.4.

If you can do so, upgrading your Debian installation to the latest
stable release (codename buster, version 10) might fix the problem for you, as
Debian 10 has BRLTTY 6.0.
