[BRLTTY] speech dispatcher open failure

In my /run/user/brltty/speech-dispatcher/ (brltty is actually its user number),
there are both speech-dispatcher/ and speechd/. To me, this implies a possible
software incompatibility, i.e. maybe the client is looking in a different place
for the socket than where the server has created it. What do you think?
