[BRLTTY] Building for android

I think it was because of my ip address (Iran ip) and download requests was
rejected. (SADLY!!!).

When I run `make` in "Android/Gradle" directory, the download fails.

By running `gradle` , it can download dependencies, but the build fails
with the following error :

I've followed these steps :

*$ git clone git clone https://github.com/brltty/brltty.git
<https://github.com/brltty/brltty.git>*
*$ cd brltty*
*$ ./autogen*
*$ export ANDROID_NDK=/path/to/ndk*
*$ ./cfg-android*
*$ cd Android/Gradle*
*$ export
PATH="/path/to/Android/SDK/tools:/path/to/Android/SDK/platform-tools:$PATH"*
*$ gradle*

Am I doing something wrong?
