[BRLTTY] Orbit 40

Ok does the pi auto reconnect when I turn on the Orbit reader 40.  If yes
how do I disconnect so I can let brltty re-connect.  I can always reflash
the whole image but that would be an extreme way of clearing the Bluetooth
connection I think.

Let brltty take care of the connect. If it's already connected then brltty
will have trouble initiating its own connection.

Again, don't do the connect.

Just to be sure, you might try explicitly specifying the bluetooth device
address. So, for the device, specify bluetooth:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx.
