Having checked, missing packages:
espeak-ng
expat
flac
libasyncns
libogg
libsndfile
libvorbis
opus
pcaudiolib
polkit
pulseaudio
python3
speech-dispatcher
tcl

Also these packages ate for 32-bit:
bluez-5.63-i586-2
pcre2-10.39-i586-1 # But the 64-bit is also installed
