As I remember, people did respond to your question last time.

In any case, I suspect your display has a hardware issue. If it has a 
self-test function of any kind, you could use it to check for hardware 
issues with the keys. Testing functions, if there are any, should be 
described in the documentation.

If there is a hardware problem, your only option is to find someone who 
can attempt to repair it.
