[BRLTTY] BRLTTY blocked on console while Orca is running on Wayland

Hi Elias,
I think this has todo with orca's new way to to run using systemd.
I think it's not related to wayland usage.

I use debian trixie on my raspi here but now brltty must be restarted in
plain tty when switch from graphical to plain text Console to get
braille back.

When I do following:

systemctl --user stop orca in xfce4-terminal and then
start orca with alt+f2  orca then brltty works as expected.
