[BRLTTY] BRLTTY blocked on console while Orca is running on Wayland

Hi Halim,

thanks for the hint. This change had slipped my mind but now, that you
mention it, I remember reading about it.

Indeed, I can confirm that
$ systemctl --user status orca
reports orca being active when running the gnome-session and orca being
inactive when running mate. In the latter case, orca is running alright,
albeit not managed by systemd.

Well, I think I should take this to the orca list and possibly file a
bug, too. My braille issues apparently are just the symptom, so thank
you for drawing my attention to the environment variables and systemd in
relation to orca.

Best wishes of the season,

Elias
