[BRLTTY] Latest brltty on android does not work

The name of usb port has changed, it is now announced as some generic 
usb port, but the device is still not detected.

I hope that i am doing things well, here are my steps to connect via usb:

1. Uninstall old package

2. install new,

3 Ensure that bluetooth hardware of the phone is disabled

4. Tap settings and allow bluetooth to prevent crashing of the service

5. Connect display using usb and set it to serial mode

6. I see a standard android question to allow communication of brltty 
with the usb device (here i see that generic usb hardware) so pressing 
ok and nothing happens.
