Ah, you mean for the attributes? We can use a 32bit value and define the
flags that are already in /dev/vcsa, and leave the rest for further
extension.

My point is: there is no point in extending /dev/vcsu in a complex way,
better merely introduce a new /dev/vcsua with a new format.
