[BRLTTY] Suggestion to add an examples for the TTY driver

Perhaps, but I think we need to be careful with such exaples as the usual case is that tty3 isn't free. A better approach might be to write a README that teaches how to do it and, in fact, also covers the xw driver which is also useful for testing for those without a braille device.
