[BRLTTY] Next release.

Hello, when I attempt to build it, I get an error relating to term.h file,
here is a snippet:
./screen.c:42:10: fatal error: term.h: No such file or directory
   42 | #include <term.h>
      |          ^~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.
make[2]: *** [Makefile:57: screen.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** [Makefile:1126: screen-drivers] Error 1
make: *** [Makefile:49: all] Error 2

I have clone the repo, and checkout the hm-scroll tag. Anything else I
am missing?
