[BRLTTY] Speec support on MacOS

Hi,

I've installed brltty from git on a Mac to test the new MacOS braille and 
speech drivers for the terminal.

Braille support seems to work quite well which is totaly great and a big 
improvement and I think I could already do most of my work in the terminal 
only with braille support only.

For speech support I've set the speech driver to "mo" in brltty.conf and 
restarted brltty. Then I enabled auto speak support in brltty's settings 
menu, adjusted speech and volume, but no speech output was given like it 
should be the case or like I know it from linux systems. If I restart brltty 
I can hear speech output with the same voice configured for VoiceOver and 
the version of brltty and so on are spoken, so in general speech output 
seems to work. But there is no speech if I write something in an editor or 
if I navigate through the screen using the keys of my braille device.

Did I forget to activate something or is speech support for MacOS  not yet 
fully implemented or is it a bug? Can I try something else to get brltty's 
speech support working on MacOS, e.g. use another synth like espeak-ng or 
so?

Ofcourse it is possible to have VoiceOver activated and let it do the speech
output for the terminal, but VoiceOver is so buggy and sloppy  and make 
really no fun using it in the terminal because focus gets lost, speech 
output stucks when many output is given and so on, so having real speech 
support by brltty for the terminal on MacOS would be really great. This 
would make it possible to use a Mac for real textbased environments which is 
only possible with much pain theese days using VoiceOver only :-(.

Any hint or help would be great!
