[BRLTTY] Speec support on MacOS

Hi,

I’ll do some more testing to see whether I may have missed something in the implementation: as I’m not very familiar with speech support in BRLTTY, it’s possible.

I’ll let you know if/when I find something, and if something is missing / incorrect, I’ll of course create a fix for that.
