NVDA likely uses LibLouis tables, and LibLouis does have mn-mn-g1. Just a guess as I'm not a Windows user so don't use NVDA. How would you be for testing whatever I come up with? Would you need a new apk built or can you test on Linux?

I understand what you're looking for but, without anything additional to go on, there's no guarantee that we'd come up with the same table you may already be used to. Brltty does have the he_IL (2016 Hebrew Israel standard) table, which says it supports Hebrew, English, Arabic, and Russian. From memory, I think it also does support German. You may wish to check it out and let us know.
