[BRLTTY] supported applications

Hello all,
Let me first start off by commending the developers of BrlTTY. without it I'd not be able to do my job.

Now for the questions.
1.  I want to find a good browser that supports javascript. Because links doesn't support javascript it worked well until the site tried to bring up a popup window. 

2. Yast, the package managing utility for SuSE really doesn't work well with BrlTTY.  How can I get use from this? 

I'm working with SuSE 9.3 and BrlTTY 1.6.

Oh, what's new for v1.7?
