[BRLTTY] about a speechAPI in brltty

Hi,

I just would like to give my opinion about the idea of Yannick to extend 
the brlAPI so that it could handle speech as well. Sebastien and Samuel 
seem to think that it's not a good idea to do that (too complex ...).
But, there is an argument that I didn't see in the discussion : if I use 
speech-dispatcher to make a talking application, how can I handle the TTS
engines integrated in braille displays ? BRLTTY has a support for such 
terminals : BrailleLite, 
CombiBraille etc... So, it's a good idea to use speech-dispatcher but 
people who have terminals with TTS integrated won't be able to use it.
