[BRLTTY] How to programmatically do a blinking cursor and/or blinking cells?

Hi:

I've been digging around the BrlAPI documentation, but I'm still at a
loss for how to specify the blinking properties for the cursor.  Is this
something an assistive technology such as Orca can set via the API?  In
addition, is it possible to make more than one cell blink at any given
time?

Thanks much for your support!  BrlTTY/BrlAPI continue to be the things
we use in Orca for braille and it works very well for us.
