Not to my knowledge. But version 3.8 of brltty should be released for
windows too as a zip file, so maybe things may start then.

Just implementing it in JAWS :) That would be quite great.

Qemu and vmware emulations are not so slow thanks to JIT compiling. I
can remember some people asking about braille working in vmware too.
