[BRLTTY] Running BRLTTY with no screen driver

Hello:

Is it possible to run BRLTTY without a screen driver, so it can be used 
solely for running an app that implements BrlAPI?  If not, I guess the 
solution would be to write a null screen driver based on the code in the 
ScreenDrivers/Skeleton directory.
