[BRLTTY] Mutt "braille_friendly" configuration option

This has been available for a while, but I hadn't noticed before:
If you're using a recent version of the Mutt e-mail client software, you can
specify "braille_friendly=yes" in your ~/.muttrc file. The cursor will then be
placed at the start of the line when messages are displayed, and in the
message index, where it is most useful.

Thanks to whoever wrote the patch and had it integrated.
