[BRLTTY] Final release of brltty 3.8?

Hi,
1. The problem with the German braille table has gone, indeed the whole 
thing was due to a typo.
2. Without:
apt-get build-dep brltty
there were even more errors, something like "yacc, command not found"...
It went after installing the build-dep packages.
3. Is it possible to send attachments to this list? Regularly list 
admins don't accept this.
When I run the install procedure without any parameters, there are no 
error messages, but Speech-dispatcher is not build as a driver, neither 
external nor internal.
Would it be possible to start brltty with "-s sd" anyway?
Btw.: If the installation fails, is there a way to downgrade to 3.7.2?
