[BRLTTY] Baum USB autosuspend problem with 2.6.21 kernels.

The USB autosuspend problem which Baum displays have been suffering from
starting with the 2.6.21 kernel has been fixed. Would anyone who's been
experiencing this problem please retest with the latest source in brltty's
repository.
