Hi.

A question of a co-worker ("How do you actually read phonetic spelling")
made me look at IPA, the official Unicode based standard for
phonetic spelling. There seems to be a standard for
braille underway, apparently, it is about to be release at
the end of april. Look here: http://www.ruf.rice.edu/~reng/BrlIPA.html

I didn't manage to find a table yet. Did anyone look into
this already? Can we support this with the current Unicode support
in BRLTTY?
