[BRLTTY] Have dual boot working with only a couple of problems

When I use the preferences menu I can get grade 2 on the 4th routing button 
but it doesn't survive restarting brltty. To make it permanent I have to add 
it to /etc/brltty.conf:

contraction-table en-us-g2
