[BRLTTY] Six-dot braille without contractions

"Current word contracted" is something I've wanted for a long time. A new 
preferences item to decide if 6-dot uncontracted is offered or not strikes 
me as overkill, helping to make things so complicated they're daunting. Look 
at the preferences menu for text tables, where there are far more tables 
than routing buttons on a 40-character display.

If we could make a double press of the 6-dot toggle mean 
6-dots-no-contraction I think that would be ideal.
