[BRLTTY] Which BrlTTY commands are the equivalent of a Tab and Shift+Tab in a GUI?

We just recently discussed how relatively useless the WINUP/WINDN bindings are 
so maybe WINDN for TAB and WINUP for SHIFT+TAB.
