[BRLTTY] braille doesn't work at all under Ubuntu 8.04.1

That's in fact totally absurd to ask for something regarding accessibility
during boot time while the system ignore if the person is able to see or
hear it. My goal is now "how can I stop the return of that question, hm :-)"

I ignore all about the Ubuntu mechanics, I only observe that I received more
answers on the BrlTty ML than on the concerned mlist: I hope they will light
up soon :-)

I tried it yesterday with usb: lowercase, and that was the first time I got
braille;
+ I juste checked the backup of brltty.conf file and confirm that USB is
mentionned there as USB: uppercase (was not working).

That's a point about the discussion around "following the default locale of
the first (/ system-wide) account: in Ubntu Gutsy there was the us table
mentionned in the brltty.conf, now there is nothing, but it seems it is us
by default. IMHO an .orig (well commented) file should help for dreminding
us how to do things we are only doing each six months or sometimes more...
BTW my sighted helper totally ignore anything about accessibility/brltty
questions, so I miss a simple template or a good commented basic file or so
(maybe this is not an important request but it may help !)
