[BRLTTY] debian testing/unstable install with brltty

hi,

does debian by default have brltty on the cd install iamges?
And of so, which version?

I have ubuntu 8.10 now, but I am getting quite sick and tired of their 
usage of consolekit.
I really freaks out my audio all the time when switching consoles. (I know 
this is offtopic but if someone has a fix).
