[BRLTTY] Should I consider putting an SVN snapshot of BrlTTY into Ubuntu?

Feature freeze is February 19th, which means after that, I would have to request an excepion to upgrade a package to a new upstream release, i.e BrlTTY 3.11 or whatever it will be.
