What might be nice, assuming it's feasible, would be to add a command to
designate a screen character with attributes you would like tracked. So in
a new app, you fumble around a bit and figure out where the cursor is,
then tell BRLTTY with a command, presumably using a cursor routing key.
BRLTTY looks at the attributes for that character and tries to track that.
