[BRLTTY] no .deb at mielke.cc/brltty ? Was:Re: brltty 4.1: doesn't work

I personally don't see the need for a separate brltty repository unless 
it intends to provide something the debian repositories doesn't (eg. 
backported versions of the current release, SVN snapshots, etc).
