[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: jewsharp

Hi all,

Jewsharp should not use the s-h sign. In my Web-Braille books I have only 
one example of the word's use which means the example could be an error but 
I don't think so:

  8,a man80 sd ,sue1 )a jewsh>p twang
