[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: muchacho

Duh, hi all,

Having missed so many "after" words I cringe to show my face in
public. I think this one's pretty safe though...

The word mu-cha-cho is miscontracted using the sign for
"much". According to the rules as I remember them foreign words are
supposed to be spelled out. However, that means we'd have to teach
brltty Spanish and French and Italian, not to mention non-Latin words
and names written in Latin letters like Onegin. I think the best we
can do is make sure foreign words come out readable and leave it at
that. Muchacho isn't readable. This patch fixes it.
