[BRLTTY] hibernating

Hi,

When I hibernate my system, and bring it back up, speakup and everything
else loads except brltty. This is because ttyUSB0 becomes ttyUSB1 after
the hibernate. Even specifying -d ttyUSB1 on the command line fails to
work. So what is the solution? I use a serial to usb converter.
