[BRLTTY] New brltty option: --log-file

The development stream of brltty now offers a new option for capturing a log. 
You can use the -L (uppercase), or --log-file, option to have the log written 
to a file. You can also specify log-file in brltty.conf. If you log this way, 
each line of the log file begins with a timestamp.
