[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: Rheingold

Hi folks,

Although Rheingold isn't a word in the ordinary sense, it's famous
enough (the title of an opera by Wagner) that I think it deserves to
be contracted right. I have only one example of its use in my
Web-Braille collection:
