I don't know as I'm not a Windows user.

How about the left/right panning difficulty with brltty-4.2 that Moti is 
experiencing? He's only mentioned a problem with the Dot5 key, which'd be for 
moving to the right.

Moti: Are you also having a problem with the Dot2 key (moving to the left)?
