[BRLTTY] braille with nvda

Ask the NVDA developers.
Last time I tried NVDA the routing keys and easy-access bar on my Papenmeier
did not work.

When I use brltty on Linux both the routing keys and easy access bar works
just fine.
On Windows it works fine with JFW.
I have also tried brltty with cygwin on Windows and everything works as
expected.

So it's related to the poor Braille implementation in NVDA.
