[BRLTTY] braille with nvda

Hello!
TOtally agree.
Even though i am using nvda but if i have to do more complicated things 
on windows i have to use hal.
I dont know why it  is so difficult to build working braille with nvda 
but i guess its not to important.
Maybe one should learn programming .
