[BRLTTY] Cinfirmation of moty-s problem.

Hello Friends!
I just installed the portable version of brltty and have now tried it 
out under xp pro with nvda.
And moty is correct, i  can not scroll through with the keys used for 
this purpose.
I am also using com 3 but i do not understand why com 3 should have this 
problem.'
Would you like me to e-mail a debug.log so you can check it out?
I am waiting patiently.
I have the old version here so its ok.
