[BRLTTY] FYI: Handy Tech Active Braille now supported via Bluetooth

Hi.

Since subversion revision 5486 the HandyTech (ht) driver
now adds support for the Handy Tech Active Braille.  For now,
you can only use the Bluetooth interface, USB support is not
yet implemented.
