This is not a package. The bluez-simple-agent file is part of the
"bluez" package.
$ dpkg -S /usr/bin/bluez-simple-agent
bluez: /usr/bin/bluez-simple-agent
$ dpkg -s bluez | grep Version
Version: 4.96-0ubuntu3
(this is on Ubuntu oneiric beta2.
