[BRLTTY] Alva keys error?

Hi folks,

I'm writing this on the BC640. It's slow so far but doubtless will get
better.

I noticed that the alt+right and left arrows can't be used to switch
among consoles. Control plus up and down arrows work fine to go
through the command history buffer but the alt arrows usually don't do
anything. At one point I think they were typing escape sequences but I
can't reproduce this.
