Ok, I don't have that command, but I have the command bluez-simple-agent 

This is the result:

daniel at debian-laptop:/tmp$ echo 1234 | bluez-simple-agent hci0 94:39:E5:D5:B7:8
Creating device failed: org.bluez.Error.InvalidArguments: Invalid arguments in method call

94:39:E5:D5:B7:8 is the address of the bluetooth device in my laptop. 

The description from the man page of the command bluez-simple-agent is:
DESCRIPTION
       bluez-simple-agent is pass agent program for bluetooth.
