[BRLTTY] Hungarian braille table update

Dear List,

I doed a little update in hu.ttb file, with need future the Liblouis 
table a special simbol markup.
Possible committing the new change?
I inserted an unicode character only \x007f).
If this character not have in the Brltty hu.ttb table, Orca always 
marking four dot the ly two character related exception, but only need 
sending braille display the 456 dots if future the hungarian users using 
Liblouis hungarian braille table with Orca.
