[BRLTTY] Brltty closes when the braille device is disconnected

It's not supposed to exit. It's suppposed to retry every few seconds until the 
braille device is reconnected. Are you sure it's exiting, or, perhaps, is it 
crashing. Can you create a debug log for us to look at?
