[BRLTTY] Brltty closes when the braille device is disconnected

Hm ok, good idea. I've created a little script now, which tests if the
braille device is plugged in and changes the Brltty config. Works

But nevertheless it would be better if Brltty could do this on his own,
especially when the braille driver "auto" is chosen.
