[BRLTTY] BRLTTY in GRUB2

Now it compiles. Haven't tried anyting real though yet. Compilation log 
and a patch with all the changes to brltty attached.
Note: gettimeofday_fake uses slow 64-bit division. Using 
grub_get_time_ms directly would be preferable.
